Recently I've been going to the gym but now I'm going back to my at home HIIT workouts. I've also turned into a semi-health freak. I think I've always had it in me but now I'm actually admitting to it and living more strictly by it. While I do consider myself picky when it comes to eating healthy, I am not very hard to accommodate. In fact, I do like my junk food especially chocolate. I also started keeping track of some of my food and eating habits here: omnomnom!
I've also turned to pressing buttons for therapy. : )
